Welcome to House Refinance Center.

We are a resource and learning website designed to provide
consumers with the knowledge and tools to empower them to
negotiate a better mortgage for themselves and for their
families.

We will cover the basics, such as , different types of
mortgages, mortgage rates, and credit. But we will also keep
you current with all the government mortgage programs such
as HAMP, HARP and HAFA, to name  a few. We will monitor
what is making news at the FHA, HUD, Freddie Mac and
Fannie Mae, and report back to you.

Where possible, we will provide links to sites that cover
certain topics better than we do.

With many homeowners facing foreclosure and having
difficulties paying their mortgages, we will focus on
refinancing, and the various government mortgage programs
available to assist homeowners.

It is not our intention to offer loans or mortgages, or suggest
one lender or broker over another. We will provide the
education and information. It is up to you the homeowner and
borrower to weigh all the facts, then decide.

We will not be held responsible for any decisions made by a
homeowner or by a borrower.
