Mortgage rates hit new all-time record lows

Mortgage rates across the US are at record lows again. Considering the weak unemployment numbers
(still holding at 9.1%), and the concerns over debt default in Europe, this is good news.

This is the lowest we have seen mortgage rates since Freddie Mac started keeping records in 1971.

Mortgage rates made a significant jump. But they are still great deals to be had in refinancing. Take
the 15 year fixed. You can't go wrong.
